The unit
What a credit covers
Resolution is a download option, not a pricing tier. The same generation exports at 1000×1000 or 4000×4000 for the same single credit.
- One finished image at any output size, including 2000×2000 and 4000×4000.
- Any generation mode: main image, detail shot, lifestyle scene, or a local brush-mask edit.
- Background removal, shadowing and re-lighting as part of that generation.
- Unlimited downloads of that image, in PNG or JPEG, for as long as your account exists.
Not charged
A credit is deducted only when an image is delivered to your library. Failed, timed-out or safety-blocked generations return the credit automatically.
Refunds
Payments are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record, so refunds are handled under Polar’s refund policy. Emailsupport@eluvana.com and we will raise the request with Polar. Credits already spent on delivered images are not refundable.
Taxes
As Merchant of Record, Polar calculates and remits VAT, GST and sales tax where applicable. Tax is shown at checkout and appears on the invoice Polar issues.
Pricing questions
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you spend them. There is no monthly reset, no expiry date, and no subscription — you buy a package and draw it down at your own pace.
Am I charged for a failed generation?
No. A credit is only deducted when an image is successfully produced and delivered to your library. If a generation errors out, times out, or is blocked by a safety filter, the credit is returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to contact support.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. Images you generate are yours to use in product listings, ads, social posts and print, including for paid clients. You are responsible for holding the rights to whatever you upload — see the Terms for the full wording.
What file formats can I upload and download?
Upload JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 25 MB per file. Download as PNG (lossless, transparent background available on cut-outs) or JPEG (smaller, flattened onto the chosen background colour).
What resolution do I get, and does a bigger image cost more?
Every output size costs exactly one credit. You can export the same generation at 1000×1000, 2000×2000 or 4000×4000 without paying more for the larger file — resolution is a download option, not a pricing tier.
Are there presets for Amazon and Shopify sizes?
Yes. Presets for Amazon (2000×2000, pure white), Shopify (2048×2048 square), eBay (1600×1600) and Etsy (2000px shortest side, 4:5 and 1:1) set the canvas, background and product fill ratio for you, so the export lands inside the platform requirement without manual cropping.
How do refunds work?

Do I need a subscription?
No. Packages are one-off purchases. Buy 50 credits once, come back in six months, and the balance is still there.
