Getting started

1. Create an account

Open the app and sign in with Google or with an email address. Email sign-in sends a one-time link — there is no password to choose or forget. An account is required before you can upload, because generated images are stored in your library rather than handed back as a one-off download.

2. Upload one product photo

You need exactly one usable photograph of the real product. Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG and WebP, up to 25 MB per file.

What makes a good source photo:

• Sharp. Focus matters far more than lighting — blur cannot be recovered, but lighting is replaced anyway.
• Complete. The whole product in frame, nothing cropped off at the edges.
• Unobstructed. No hands, price tags or packaging covering the item, unless the packaging is what you are selling.
• Straight on. A front three-quarter angle generalises to more shots than an extreme top-down.

The background does not matter. A desk, a carpet or a shelf is fine — it is going to be replaced.

3. Choose a preset and a set

Pick the marketplace you are listing on. The preset fixes the canvas size, background and product fill ratio to that platform's published requirements — for example Amazon's 2000 × 2000 pure white with an 85% fill, or Shopify's 2048 × 2048 square.

Then choose which images you want in the set:

• Main image — the compliant hero on a clean background.
• Detail images — close crops of texture, finish, ports, labels.
• Lifestyle scenes — the product in a plausible setting, with matched lighting and shadow.
• Size variants — the same shot re-exported for another marketplace.

Each selected image costs one credit. 1 credit = 1 image, whatever the output size.

4. Review, then fix locally

Check the thin and transparent parts first — handles, cables, straps, glass lids — because that is where a cut-out is most likely to go wrong.

If something needs changing, use the brush mask: paint over the region and describe what should be different. Only the masked pixels are regenerated, so you can fix a single reflection without re-rolling an image you otherwise like. A local edit costs one credit, the same as any other generated image.

5. Export at listing size

Download as PNG (lossless, transparency available on cut-outs) orJPEG (smaller, flattened onto the chosen background). Choose the output resolution at download time — 1000 × 1000, 2000 × 2000 or 4000 × 4000 all cost the same one credit that was already spent on the generation.

Images stay in your library and can be re-downloaded at any size for as long as your account exists.

Accuracy matters more than polish

Generated images must represent the item a buyer will actually receive. Use them to replace a bad background, fix lighting, and show plausible context and scale — not to imply materials, sizes, finishes or included accessories that are not real. Every marketplace treats misrepresentation as a policy breach, and it drives returns even when nobody reports it. This is also a term of use: see theTerms of Service.
